The ATTACKING ACADEMY will cover all of the aspects of becoming a dominant attacker at any level. You can expect to get A LOT of attacking reps no matter if you are an outside, middle or right side hitter. Campers will learn proper arm swing mechanics, footwork including 2 step, 3 step and 4 step approaches, angles while attacking and the many different shots available. Campers will not only begin to hit harder, but smarter!

The 1st Contact Camp is not just for liberos and defensive specialists, but for any player who needs the extra work on their defense, passing and serving skills. The camp will emphasize all aspects of serve receive and ball control, including serve receive techniques, receiving topspin/ float serves, overhand serve receive and more. Defense will include movement, reading hitters, digging, overhand digging, controlling the hard hit ball, etc.  Finally, serving will be covered in detail and include focus on efficient toss, hand contact, speed of ball and placement.
