East Training Camps
Information
- All camps/clinics/training are held at Legacy East Volleyball Center (6405 19 Mile. Rd. Sterling Heights)
- Grades are for grade in the Fall of 2024
- Camps/Clinics/Training are OPEN to any player from any club
- Please use the link to register and pay for the camp
- There will be NO REFUNDS issued
- Players should wear gym shoes/athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
VOLLEY KIDS
VOLLEY KIDS is a program to introduce children in GRADES K-8 to the sport of volleyball OR advance skills previously learned. We will teach movement, footwork, passing, setting, serving, attacking and play competitive & fun games. Sessions will be divided by grade (K-2, 3-5 or 6-8)
Spring Break All Skills Camp
Join us over Spring Break to improve your skills! Our Spring Break All Skills Camp will cover Attacking, Setting, Serve & Pass as well as Defense followed by competitive game play.
Date: Wednesday, March 26th
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
Players: Grades 7-12 from any club
Location: 6405 19 Mile Rd. Sterling Heights

Spring Break Skills Training
Join our Adidas Coaches for Spring Break SKILLS Training!
Each position will train the core principles of that position including footwork, vision, spacing & mechanics. Lots of feedback and reps.

Thursday, March 27th
Time:
Attacking - 9:00-10:30am
Serve/Pass - 10:30am-12:00pm
Setting - 12:00-1:30pm
Players:
- HS & MS Groups
- Open to players from any club
Cost: $50/session
Holiday Train & Play
HOLIDAY TRAIN & PLAY is open to players that want position and skill specific training along with an opportunity to compete!
TRAINING will include 1 hour of instruction in technique (footwork, angles, scenarios, etc...) with a high level of intense reps and consistent feedback from our coaching staff.
PLAY will include 1 hour of opportunities to COMPETE and play!
Dates/Times:
St Patrick's Day - March 16th -- 5:00-7:00pm
Easter - April 19th - 10:00am-12:00pm
Memorial Day - May 25 - 6:00-8:00pm
Players: Grades 7-12 from any club
*Players will be split up by SKILL and AGE

2025 SUMMER CAMPS
