East Training Camps
Information
- All camps/clinics/training are held at Legacy East Volleyball Center (6405 19 Mile. Rd. Sterling Heights)
- Grades are for grade in the Fall of 2024
- Camps/Clinics/Training are OPEN to any player from any club
- Please use the link to register and pay for the camp
- There will be NO REFUNDS issued
- Players should wear gym shoes/athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
VOLLEY KIDS
VOLLEY KIDS is a program to introduce children in GRADES K-8 to the sport of volleyball OR advance skills previously learned. We will teach movement, footwork, passing, setting, serving, attacking and play competitive & fun games. Sessions will be divided by grade (K-2, 3-5 or 6-8)
JANUARY POSITION TRAINING
What: Position Training - Come join us for some position training sessions! Defense, Attacking and/or Serving sessions are offered!
This is a great opportunity to train with Legacy coaches and hone in on these individual positions!
Who: Middle and High School Athletes
When: Sunday, January 26th, 2025
What: Serving 2-330pm ($50) Defense/First Contact 3-430pm ($60) Attacking 430-530pm ($50)
MIDDLE SCHOOL PRE-TRYOUT CLINIC
What: This is a one day 3 hour clinic, designed for girls who want an intense day of training, drills and competitive play before middle school tryouts. It will be split up in to skills sessions first, and then game like situations to end the clinic.
Who: 6th-8th grade athletes
When: Saturday, January 25h from 6-9pm
Where: Legacy East - 6405 19 Mile Rd. Sterling Heights
Cost: $80 per player
