SPRING BREAK ALL SKILLS CAMP

Join us over Spring Break to improve your skills! Our Spring Break All Skills Camp will cover Attacking, Setting, Serve & Pass as well as Defense followed by competitive game play.

SPRING BREAK SKILLS TRAINING

Join our Adidas Coaches for Spring Break SKILLS Training!
Each position will train the core principles of that position including footwork, vision, spacing & mechanics. Lots of feedback and reps.

Serve/Pass - 10:30am-12:00pm
Setting - 12:00-1:30pm

HOLIDAY TRAIN & PLAY

HOLIDAY TRAIN & PLAY is open to players that want position and skill specific training along with an opportunity to compete!

TRAINING will include 1 hour of instruction in technique (footwork, angles, scenarios, etc...) with a high level of intense reps and consistent feedback from our coaching staff.
PLAY will include 1 hour of opportunities to COMPETE and play!

Dates/Times:
St Patrick's Day - March 16th -- 5:00-7:00pm
Easter - April 13th - 5:00-7:00pm
Memorial Day - May 25 - 5:00-7:00pm

Players: Grades 5-12 from any club
*Players will be split up by SKILL and AGE

MAY POSITION TRAINING CAMP

Join Adidas Coach Kacy Byron and her staff for the May Position Training Camps. This camp is designed for current/future high school varsity attackers with the desire to play at the next level. This camp will give you 3 hours of drills, giving the athlete thousands of reps to help finish their club season on a high note!

OH/RS - May 3rd - 2:00-5:00pm
SETTERS - May 3rd - 5:30-8:30pm
DS - May 17th - 5:30-8:30pm

Players from any club in Grades 7-12 are welcome

This one-day camp is designed for players that want to sharpen skills and get quality high level reps at an intense, fast pace before club and high school tryouts. 1st session will include a rotation of stations by position and also skill. 2nd session will be all competition drills and games.

24/7 ATTACKING CAMP

24/7 ATTACKING CAMP
Join Adidas Coach Jen Cottrill for an exclusive Attacking Camp! This camp will include a complete breakdown of all things attacking for all positions. A high level or reps and intensity as well as feedback.

24/7 Attacking Camp will break down all components of Attacking including:
- Biomechanics of arm swing
- Proper footwork/spacing/pace/angles for In & Out of system
- Proper footwork/spacing/pace/angles for all MB routes
- Attacking options & developing your tool box
- Ability to attack a variety of sets
- Reading & decision making
- Transitioning from defense/block/pass to attack

This camp is for advanced players and athletes (Adidas level and/or National level) in grades 7-12 from any club.

ELITE SETTERS CAMP (GRADES 7-12)

Shake off the rust and learn new skills right before club/high school tryouts with a setting camp that is designed for current/future High School varsity setters with the desire to play at the NEXT level. This camp will give you 12 hours of setting drills giving the athlete thousands of reps to help make them an ELITE setter for their upcoming season.

****Groups will be broken down by skill level, not age***

Grades: 7th - 12th grade

Dates: July 5th & 6th

Time: 9-3pm (Lunch will be from 12:00-12:30 pm | Athletes will be responsible for their own lunch.)

1000 TOUCH DEFENSIVE BOOTCAMP (GRADES 5-12)

Welcome to the only camp in Michigan that guarantees over 1,000 touches in 2 days.

Our Adidas 1's coaches with the assistance of University of Michigan players will breakdown everything from basic form to advanced defensive techniques & serve receive in an incredibly high energy/high repetition environment.

***Groups will be broken up by skill level, not age***

Time: 9:00am-3:00pm in Sterling Heights | 3:00pm-9:00pm in Wixom

SUMMER SCHOOL

1ST CONTACT

Summer School Pass/Defense will emphasize all aspects of serve receive and ball control, including serve receive techniques, receiving topspin/ float serves, overhand serve receive and more. Defense will include movement, reading hitters, digging, overhand digging, controlling the hard hit ball, etc.

ATTACKING

SUMMER SCHOOL ATTACKING will cover all of the aspects of becoming a dominant attacker at any level. You can expect to get A LOT of attacking reps no matter if you are an outside, middle or right side hitter. Campers will learn proper arm swing mechanics, footwork including 2 step, 3 step and 4 step approaches, angles while attacking and the many different shots available. Campers will not only begin to hit harder, but smarter!

SERVING

SETTING

SUMMER SCHOOL SETTING is designed to give each player individual instruction on the setting position. Campers are instructed on hand position, footwork, tempo and accuracy of sets. Drills give campers many touches on the ball with some game-like situations included. Campers are divided according to age/skill level.
